The library is closed on the following days in observance of holidays:

  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Friday after Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Eve Day
  • Christmas Day
 
If a holiday falls on Saturday, the library is closed the Friday before. If the holiday falls on Sunday, the library is closed on the following Monday.
 
The Reynolds County Library District will close its branches when deemed necessary by the Library Director.  Certain situations require the library to close during standard operating hours.  These frequently involve weather, but there may be other reasons.
